CJ Commercial manages a wide variety of properties including office, retail, flex, mixed-use, and specialty centers.  Our property management portfolio includes state and federal government offices, legal, medical, and educational facilities, national and local retailers, non-profit organizations, the hotel sector, the resort industry as well as specialty users. 

CJ Management prides itself on professionalism; our staff includes IREM and CAL accredited property managers, a registered landscape architect, certified public accountants, accredited safety officers, and an  employee benefits director to help attract and retain a trained and committed staff.

CJ provides much more than basic property management by identifying services that increase owner profitability and resident satisfaction.  Resident services are carefully designed according to the profile of each community, making each CJ community unique, but equally great places to live and work. The Companies and their affiliates manage 13,600 units of housing and over 600,000 square feet of commercial space.

We specialize in managing residential housing in three areas: conventional apartments, mixed-income housing and condominiums, including new construction and rehabilitated communities in urban and suburban locations.
